and some of them will just be themselves, with no frills, but ready to
enjoy the party.
About the Artist: I am Jane Woodard and I have been creating real fur bears
and other critters,
using recycled furs, since 1999. My fur bears are
heirloom quality, fully lined with a cotton fabric to stabilize and
reinforce the fur. They are created to ensure you can pass them on to
your children and grandchildren. Recently I have added some
faux fur and mohair bears to the den and they are all getting along just fine!
My bears have been featured in
articles in Teddy Bear Review (including the cover), Teddy Bear and Friends,
and Teddy Bear Times magazines.
Several of my bears have been the proud winners of the 2016 and 2020 URSA awards.
Health Note:
All of the bears and critters have been
sheltering in place with me since the end of
March. No one has been exposed to the
coronavirus. You will be receiving very
healthy critters!

"Bianca" is 18"
tall and was created from a recycled white curly lamb fur coat. She is fully jointed and
firmly stuffed with polyester
fiberfill. She has tan suede paw pads, imported green glass eyes, and a hand-embroidered
dark green Perle cotton nose.
"Bianca"
is wearing a red
plaid holiday ribbon tied in a bow around her neck.
She is carrying a spray of greenery sprinkled
with snowflakes.

"SNOW-BEAR"
"Snow-Bear" is 8"
tall and was created from a recycled textured white mink fur coat. The
mink fur has many small approximately 1" pieces
sewn together randomly which gives it the
texture. He is a snow-bear so only his
head and arms are jointed. He is stuffed with polyester
fiberfill and some pellets for weight. "Snow-Bear"
has black glass eyes and a hand-embroidered
black Perle cotton nose.
"Snow-Bear"
is wearing a red
and black scarf around his neck and he has bells
down his front. He is carrying a spray of
red berries. He sits in front of his own
private
green fir tree.
"Snow-Bear"
has a

the Mouse"
"Murphy" is 12"
tall and was created from a recycled mink fur coat. He is fully jointed and
firmly stuffed with polyester
fiberfill. He has pink suede paw pads, antique shoebutton eyes, and a hand-embroidered
pink Perle cotton nose. The insides of his
ears are also pink suede and his tail is light
tan leather. He has some very long
fly-away horsehair whiskers too.
"Murphy"
is wearing a
vintage paisley bowtie so he will be ready for
the next holiday party.

tall and was created from two recycled mink fur coats. She is fully jointed and
firmly stuffed with polyester
fiberfill. She has brown suede paw pads, imported black glass eyes, and a hand-embroidered

Chinese coin on a red ribbon tied around her neck.
She is carrying some bamboo leaves which is
her favorite snack.

a beautiful recycled red fox fur coat
and a rabbit fur coat. She is

lightly fringed and tied in a bow around

a VERY soft bright red Rex rabbit fur. He is

red, white and blue striped ribbon tied in
a bow around his neck. He is very proud of
his "I Voted" pin which he received when he
placed his ballot at an early voting location.
That day he made freedom count!

"Zelda" is
13" and was created from
a matted finish viscose fabric and black Mongolian
lamb fur. She is
fully jointed and
firmly stuffed with polyester
fiberfill. She has black suede paw pads, black shoebutton eyes, and a hand-embroidered
black and orange Perle cotton nose.
Her wild hair is black Mongolian lamb
fur.
"Zelda"
is wearing a vintage-looking timepiece on a
black ribbon tied around her neck. Her
black velvet witch's hat is handmade.
She carries a Happy Halloween greeting
because she is a friendly witch.

"Crimson"

a recycled dyed nutria fur coat.
This very unusual and rare fur is red with a hint of orange in the
guard hairs. This is a very unique fur,
soft to the touch and dense. He is
fully jointed and
firmly stuffed with polyester
fiberfill. He has matching deep red suede paw pads, black glass eyes, and a hand-embroidered
black Perle cotton nose.
"Crimson"

has a long tail with Mongolian lamb fur
on the end of it. You can also see
some horsehair whiskers on his face.

"RASPBERRY the Lion"
"Raspberry"
is a
one-of-a-kind 15" lion created from a
hand-dyed dark raspberry viscose fabric and dyed
Mongolian lamb fur for the mane and tail
tip. He is fully
jointed and firmly stuffed with polyester fiberfill.
He is designed to sit with bent legs, and
sitting he is only11" high.
"Raspberry"
has coordinating suede paw pads, imported
glass eyes, and a hand-embroidered
Perle cotton nose. If you look closely,
you can even see a few of his horsehair
whiskers.

"SKIPPER"
"Skipper" is an 18" bear created from
a recycled long-haired beaver fur coat.
His fur is very soft with long guardhairs. He is fully jointed and stuffed with polyester fiberfill.
He has
brown faux leather paw pads,
imported dark glass eyes, and a hand-embroidered brown Perle
cotton nose.
"Skipper"
wears a vintage child's light
blue sailor shirt with a middy collar. He brings with him one of his
favorite vintage wooden toys. When he's not dressed up in his
sailor shirt, he's just a plain ole bare bear!

"HALSEY"
"Halsey"
is 30" tall and is created from a recycled mink fur coat. He
is one-of-a-kind. He has
coordinating medium-brown suede paw pads and amber glass eyes. His nose is hand-stitched
with a brown Perle cotton thread which is lightly waxed. He is
fully jointed and firmly stuffed with a LOT of polyester fiberfill.
He is made entirely of mink fur, even underneath his clothes.
"Halsey" wears a
young boy's three-piece antique sailor suit. The pants have decorative buttons at the bottom of the legs.
The shirt has an inset dickey with an embroidered eagle, and
a cotton bow in front. The shirt buttons down the front but
the buttons are hidden on the inside so they can't be seen.
He is also wearing a pair of antique black hightop shoes complete
with all the shoebuttons.
I added a WWII U.S. Navy pancake-style hat to
complete his outfit.
"Halsey" comes
on a stand so he can be easily displayed. He has a sewn-in tag
and a laminated hang tag.

How to Adopt:
Immediately below the bear's description, select
your shipping destination (U.S., Canada, or
UK/Europe/Australia) and then click on the "Buy
Now" button. This will take you to check-out
through Paypal. Shipping:

will ship as soon as possible after funds are received.
U.S. Priority Mail is my preferred method, although UPS or
Federal Express Ground
Service may be used for large shipments if this is more
economical. If I have over-estimated your shipping
charges, a refund will be given through Paypal.
Returns & Refunds:
Returns must be made
within three days using the same manner of shipping, including
insurance. Bear must be returned in same condition. A full
refund of the bear's purchase price will be given. You are responsible for
all shipping fees and any
